Immigration-A Case Story

Steve and Amy were facing a serious family crisis. Steve had been residing in the United States for over twelve years. He and his wife had filed petition after petition with immigration. In one instance, USCIS lost their petition. In another, they simply failed to take action. Finally, they were given the opportunity to interview with USCIS. However, USCIS placed Steve in deportation. Amy did not know what to do, her husband was sitting in immigration jail, set to be deported. Amy contacted Omar and his firm. She and the firm worked closely together to get her husband released from immigration jail. After helping Steve and Amy reunite after 6 weeks in immigration Jail, Omar and his firm began the process of dismissing the case of deportation against Steve and at the same time beginning the process of helping him obtain permanent resident status.
